Talento Sem Rótulos
After four years, Unilever’s trainee program returned, redesigned to fit the current market landscape. This led to the “Talento Sem Rótulos” campaign.
The labels of Unilever’s biggest products were removed to show that, just like its iconic brands, the company is looking for talent defined by quality, not by “labels.” The campaign spanned from TV to digital, taking over the social media channels of Unilever’s main brands and delivering a 360º communication.
